Responsible for the sale and promotion of Glytone, Avene, and a compounding program to all dispensing dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medi-spas, and other dispensing physicians in the Dallas, Texas area. Responsibilities inlcude: Train and educate physicians and staff on product features, benefits and protocols. Assist the physician office in growing the practice through markeing promotions and educational seminars. Maintain and expand business in existing accounts while prospecting for new business. Attend trade shows and conventions. Manage sample and comp stock on a monthly basis. Meets or exceeds monthly sales goals and contests.
Candidates must demonstrate exceptional selling skills and have extraordianry communication and follow-up skills. Position requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, public speaking confidence, presentation skills, event planning skills, and computer skills.
The Associate Trainer will be responsible for the overall success of PFDCUSA brands. This individual will assist in the development and implementation of the overall sales training program. This will inlcude working directly with the Senior Training Manager, Product Managers, and Sales Department. The associate trainer will teach multiple product trainings in one on one, small and large group settings. A combination of over two years of directly related trainng and/or experience is required. The Associate Trainer must be able to adapt sales techniques to advisor/sales rep/ office staff levels. Schedules and introduces presentations on products. Keeps informed on new methods, techniques, and developments in the training and sales field. May assist in developing new training courses associated with the introduction of new products or services.
