Glytone Return Policy

For over 20 years, Glytone has created every product with unmatched care and passion. Should you choose to return a product, we will happily refund the original form of payment if returned within 60 days. Unfortunately, we cannot honor returns received more than 60 days from the order shipment date.

Items can be easily returned for free (no return shipping or handling fees) using our pre-paid UPS return shipping label. You may also take advantage of our printerless return label by simply presenting the QR code on the return label via a mobile device to an employee at a UPS shipping facility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Glytone monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.

Only applicable for purchases made directly on glytone.com. All returns must include original receipt. There are no cash refunds.

Will I need to Pay Return Shipping?

We will provide a prepaid label for returns made thru UPS. If you choose to ship using a carrier other than UPS you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

How Soon Will My Credit Card be Credited for the Return?

We process refunds within 14 business days of receipt of the return shipment.
